In order to use the services of the Naples Free-Net, a User Account must be estabished.

The Naples Free-Net offers two types of Accounts: Standard and Premium. The features of these types of User Accounts are summarized here.  A Premium Account can be established by using a Visa, Discover, or Mastercard credit card and this online Application. In order to establish a Standard Account, please visit the NFN Office to fill out an application in person. A Premium Account type is required to sign up for the high speed NFN DSL service.

This site is for estabishing an NEW Premium Account only. If you already have an NFN Account of any type, and want to renew or upgrade it, please visit the NFN Account renewal/upgrade page.

The first step in establishing an Account with the Naples Free-Net is choosing a Username or login name. This will always be the first part of your NFN email address, before "@naples.net."

An Account Username or login name of "friend" would give you an email address of "friend@naples.net."

Your new NFN Account Username must be between three and ten alpahnumeric characters long, consisting of only lower-case letters with no punctuation characters. It can include numbers, but it should not start with a number.

Please allow a business day for the NFN Office to review the application and make the new Account active.

To help prevent hackers' automated script abuse of this site and to proceed with your Account Username availability check, each time you run a check, you will have to click on the dark blue shaded number to make the number appear EXACTLY copied in to the light blue shaded box area. Before placing your order be aware that Dial In access to the Naples Free-Net may result in long distance charges if you are calling from out of the Naples or Immokalee local calling areas. If in doubt, check your local phone book for any toll charges to the Dial up numbers you elect to use: Naples (417-1474) or Immokalee (657-3201) UPDATE: Effective 9/1/2008 Embarq has removed all toll charges for calls between many exchanges of Ft.
